Community Prayer time |

On Thursday morning after the play sessions the team all met together, those that were at the Visayas Ave centre, sat in a circle to share prayer needs. Some were very deep and many were things that we know are real issues in the slums: housing problems, health as health care is not free here, thanks for the work that is done and for the children etc.
We all held hands in the circle and all pray at the same time. It is a very moving and powerful experience as prayers were being said in different languages, tears, silences, praise - all happening together. We pray that the project will strengthen and grow and the children will continue to benefit long term as they seek the way forward.
